1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpringHire ("the Platform"), operated by SpringHire ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SpringHire is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps organizations manage their hiring process. The Platform includes AI resume screening, video interviews, candidate pipeline management, email integrations, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free trial account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes are prorated
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@springhire.io
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform
  • Use the Platform in a way that discriminates against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

7. Data Ownership

  • Your data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to SpringHire, including candidate information, job descriptions, and team data
  • Our platform: We retain ownership of the Platform, its design, code, AI models, and all intellectual property
  • AI outputs: AI-generated content (scores, summaries, email drafts) are provided as suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing and using them appropriately

8. AI Disclaimer

SpringHire uses AI to assist with hiring decisions, but AI outputs are recommendations — not guarantees. You are responsible for all final hiring decisions. AI scoring is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores, transcriptions, or suggestions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • After 30 days, we will delete your data from our systems

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpringHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
